PR Cars was set up in 2005 with a passion to offer luxury executive transport at affordable rates. Peter, Chief Executive of PR Cars, has a young and dynamic approach to engaging with the client. Our business has grown solely through referrals and 'word of mouth' - surely the only compliment to any successful business. We operate a professional, polite, honest and approachable attitude towards all work, no matter how large or small your requirement may be and will never jeopardize your punctuality.

P.R. Cars can handle any job including airport runs, theatre trips, both long distance and local journeys and we can be available for the whole day. Bookings can be made at any time, day or night, through our online bookings system, or alternatively via the telephone or email - just give us 24 hours notice.

P.R. Cars operates a fleet of six vehicles and access to a wider range of vehicles depending on the clients needs. The cars are inspected on a daily basis with all necessary repairs and maintenance work being carried out by approved service centres.

CANCELLATION / NO- SHOW POLICY Please note the following cancellation terms:
  • Less than 24 hours prior to the booking - 50% of the original fee will be charged to the account
  • This is at the discretion of PR-Cars
  • No Shows - failure to appear for a booking will result in being charged the full amount plus any costs incurred (e.g. parking / waiting time). Changes to bookings - we will endeavor to adhere to any changes you request but additional costs may be incurred for increases in journey, size or party, etc. We would prefer 24 hours notice or more to accommodate any requests. WAITING TIME
  • Clients will be provided with driver's contact details via SMS - please use these details if you foresee a delay.
  • Clients will be informed by SMS when the driver is approaching the pick up point.
  • Airport Bookings - drivers will endeavor to arrive at the airport at the time of the landing of the plane and subsequently wait up to one hour thereafter before 'additional waiting time' may be charged at the discretion of the driver. (It is not PR Cars policy to wait outside the airport due to parking enforcement restrictions at the airport). All other types of bookings / pick-ups -
  • Drivers will wait up to 10 minutes from the original booking time before charging 'waiting time'.
  • Waiting time will then be charged in 10 minute intervals at the driver's discretion.
  • PARKING CHARGES All parking charges will be charged to the client. Minimum charges of 1 hour will be applied. Airport - where a client is arriving it is hoped they will be through passport control and baggage reclaim within 1 hour of landing. However, where a client has not provided the flight number for the booking and the driver cannot track the arrival time of the flight, or where it takes longer than 1 hour to get into the arrivals hall, additional parking may be incurred at the discretion of the driver. PICK UPS & DROP OFFS Drivers will endeavor to pick passengers up as near to the destination provided as possible. Please bear in mind 'red routes', safety and precaution for parking the car etc. If a driver has to park in a nearby road, they will either come to find you at your pick up point and guide you back to the car, or notify you by SMS of where they are parked and how you can get to them. It is PR Cars policy to open & close doors for the client to ensure your safety at all times. PAYMENT TERMS Clients with accounts - please note that the payment terms are 14 days from the date of the invoice (unless you have made alternative arrangements with PR Cars). You can pay your account:
  • through the website using 'World Pay', or
  • via BACS payment, or
  • provide credit card information to the office - bookings@pr-cars.com or
  • send a cheque to PR Cars
  • YOUNG PASSENGERS P.R. Cars are happy to transport children and young adults - we do however have to uphold the new laws with regards to child seats. We are unable to cater for all ages of children and therefore operate a policy of asking clients with children to provide the necessary seating. We are happy to look after child or booster seats whilst you are away and we will place them back in the vehicle for your return journey. We will not however fix the seats in the vehicle, this is the responsibility of the client. Please check that the seat is securely fastened before the driver commences the journey. We also ask that you inform us prior to the journey that we will be driving young children, as we will allow an extra five minutes to your pick up time to accommodate the time spent fixing the seat in the vehicle. OPENING & CLOSING DOORS P.R. Cars have a policy of always attempting to open and shut doors for our clients, there are two main reasons for this: 1) It is all part of our service. 2) It reduces the risk of accidents and small bumps. The driver will always attempt to open doors that open onto a roadway, so that they can make sure it is safe for the door to be opened. This is also the case with regards to the boot lids on the vehicles, to avoid injury and damage we ask that clients refrain from opening the boot on any vehicle. BAGGAGE Upon arrival our drivers will be happy to help you with any luggage and they will arrange the baggage in the boot. We will attempt at all times to have luggage securely stowed in the boot, but where required the luggage may be arranged neatly within the vehicle. We will take every responsibility to protect your luggage at all times, we will also offer to help you when collecting you from the airport. We do not however accept responsibility for any luggage until it is actually within the vehicle. The client is solely responsible for making sure that all items are removed from the trolley.
